"Client"

"Parts"
Means replacement, repaired, or refurbished ATM components supplied or installed as part of an agreed job.

Service Terms

Good access and accurate information help the technician work safely. Each job follows its confirmed scope.

1. Scope and service requests

Thriving Cashpoint Repair Co. may provide ATM servicing, preventive checks, repair, diagnostics, component-level work, parts, and refurbishment. A website enquiry is a request for review, not a promise that a job has been accepted.

2. Quotations and acceptance

A quotation will state the proposed scope, price, assumptions, and validity period. Work starts after the Client accepts the quotation or gives another written approval recognised by the Company. Any extra work needs approval before it is carried out where practical.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Provide lawful access to the ATM, site, equipment, and relevant records at the agreed time.
  • Share accurate fault details, model information, security requirements, and site instructions.
  • Keep the work area safe and tell the technician about hazards, restricted areas, or changes to site conditions.
  • Ensure an authorised person is available to approve access, testing, or additional work.

4. Parts, testing, and completion

Parts may be new, repaired, or refurbished when the quotation allows it. Availability can affect timing. Testing may require the ATM to be taken out of service for a short period, and the Client is responsible for its operational and security procedures.

5. Payment and invoices

The Client must pay invoices by the due date stated in the quotation or invoice. Charges may include approved labour, travel, parts, testing, waiting time caused by site access, and additional work authorised by the Client.

6. Warranty and follow-up

Any warranty applies only where it is stated in the quotation or service record. It does not cover misuse, unauthorised alterations, external damage, unsuitable site conditions, consumables, or faults unrelated to the completed work. Report a suspected warranty issue promptly with the relevant service details.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, the Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption arising from a Website use, service delay, equipment fault, or third-party act.

The Company's total liability for a claim connected with an Agreement is limited to the amount paid for the specific Services giving rise to that claim, unless the law requires otherwise. The Client agrees to protect the Company against third-party claims caused by the Client's misuse of the Services, unsafe instructions, or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any Agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through direct discussion between authorised representatives. If it remains unresolved, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that apply.

Before you proceed

Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of the Website means you accept these Terms. A submitted enquiry should include enough detail for us to assess the ATM, site access, and requested response. Contact us if a clause needs clarification.
